ADR TEX Universal Electro-Screen Shield is a base fabric made of non-woven Hydronina (spunlace) which is activated with ADR Technology®. The non-woven fabric utilizes a water needling technique. Its qualities are similar to that of textiles, it is durable and strong, has good physical and aesthetic properties, as well as a very high absorption capacity.

Average screening efficiency of the ADR TEX against the external sources of electric fields, determined in optimum screening conditions, amounts to ~30 dB within the frequency range from ~ 1 Hz to 100 KHz.
However, upon special request ADR TEX Universal Electro-Screen Shield with screening range up to 3 GHz for MRI, EPR and NMR applications, can be manufactured using the same ADR® Technology.

The composite material consists of:

How Much Area Do I need to Cover to Shield from Electric Radiation?Magentic_Fields_Area_testing_method

The amount of shielding that you will achieve depends on many factors, including the size and shape of the shield. When using a flat shield on a wall, floor, or ceiling to shield a source of field that is close to the shield (within 8 inches), plan to cover an area that extends at least to the 2 V/m line.

Method:

1- Using your electric field meter, slide along the surface of the wall to locate the hot spot to be shielded. 
2- Now slide the electric field meter to the right, to the left, up, and down to identify how far you must shield to get to the 2 V/m line.

Make sure to check for additional sources of electric field (lights, wiring, appliances and so on), that may be located inside adjacent walls, floor, ceiling or within the same room.
